Lost/Stolen Package: If you have not received your packaged or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once the claim has been filed please update us with your claim number and we will send out a replacement. Returned Back to Sender If your package has been sent back to us because you put the wrong address on your order at the time of checkout. You will need to pay the shipping fee of $8.75 for us to reship your items. You will not be able to add to your order. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email update with your new tracking number information. How to pay this fee. You will be sent an invoice to the email attached to your account with us. You will then need to pay this fee within 72 hours, or we will have to cancel your invoice and your order.
